Bryant Bank offers both EMV Chip Debit Cards and Credit Cards for our customers so that you can use your money the way you need it most. We also offer Instant Issue Debit Cards which means you receive your debit card in seconds when you open a new account. Maybe you’ve lost your debit card too? Just stop by your local branch and we’ll get a new one printed for you! We care about you and are here to make your life a little bit easier.
Bryant Bank Debit Cards and the one-of-a-kind Houndstooth Gift Card allow customers to enjoy the ease, convenience, and security they deserve. Customers have the opportunity to select from three different debit card styles as seen below as well as a unique Houndstooth Gift Card.
As a reminder, we encourage our customers to let us know when they use another banks’ ATM machine. We’ll reimburse fees you are charged, just send us your receipts within 120 days of the transaction and we’ll credit the account for the full amount.
Bryant Bank Fraud Alerts for Debit Cards

We offer a fraud alert messaging system that notifies our customers in a variety of ways such as text message, email, or by phone if there seems to be suspicious activity taking place with your debit card or account. You receive this for free as a valued Bryant Bank customer, however, we do ask that you continue to keep your personal contact information updated so that we have the correct information to contact you immediately if this situation does occur.

Important Information & Credit Card Details
1- Reward points can be redeemed as a cash deposit to a checking or savings account with this Financial Institution or as a statement credit to your credit card account within one to two billing cycles.
2 – Cash Rewards Card: “Cash Back Rewards” are the rewards you earn under the program. Cash Back Rewards are tracked as points and each point in Cash Back Rewards earned is equal to $0.01. You may simply see “Cash Back” in marketing material when referring to the rewards you earn. You will earn 1 Reward Point (“Point”) for each dollar of eligible Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle. You will also earn 1 additional Point (for a total of 2 Points) for each dollar of eligible Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle for any merchant classified as a supermarket. The number of additional Points earned on supermarket Purchases is unlimited. In addition, you will earn 2 additional Points (for a total of 3 Points) for each dollar of Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle at merchant locations that are classified in any of the following merchant category codes: automated fuel dispensers and service stations, up to a maximum of $6,000 spent during each 12-month period commencing on the anniversary date of this Account. Automated fuel dispenser and service station purchases above $6,000 (for the remainder of that 12-month period) will earn at a rate of 1 Point for each dollar of Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle. Points expire five years from the end of the quarter in which they are earned.
3 – First purchase bonus points will be applied 6 to 8 weeks after first purchase and are not awarded for balance transfers or cash advances. Please allow 6-8 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your bonus points to be credited to your account.
4 – The Elan Rewards Program is subject to change. Rewards are earned on eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks. Upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details. You may not redeem Points, and you will immediately lose all of your Points, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death).
5 – Real Rewards: You will earn 1.5 Reward Points (“Points”) for each dollar of eligible Net Purchases made with your Account within a billing cycle (equal to 1.5% cash back). Monthly net purchase points will be applied each billing cycle. Points expire five years from the end of the quarter in which they are earned.
6 – Premier Rewards Card Points: You will earn 1 Reward Point (“Point”) for each dollar of eligible Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle. You will also earn 1 additional Point (for a total of 2 Points) for each dollar of Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle at merchants which categorize their business as a service station or automated fuel dispensers. You will earn 2 additional Points (for a total of 3 Points) for each dollar of Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle at merchant locations that are classified in the merchant category code of airlines. You will earn 3 additional Points (for a total of 4 Points) for each dollar of Net Purchases charged to your Account during each billing cycle at any merchant classified as a restaurant. Points expire five years form the end of the quarter in which they are earned.
7 – Certain limitations and restrictions may apply. Further details are available in the Guide to Benefits which is provided to new cardmembers upon approval.
8 – Late payments and going over the credit limit may damage your credit history.

Visa Account Updater Information
Visa Account Updater
Bryant Bank’s Visa® Debit Cards will automatically be enrolled in Visa Account Updater (VAU). VAU helps facilitate the transition to a new Bryant Bank Debit Card by minimizing interrupted recurring payments. The service will update the card number and expiration date on file with merchants participating in the Visa program.
You will not have to update your payment information with participating merchants when the following situations occur:
- Bryant Bank Visa Debit Card expires and is reissued
- Bryant Bank Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen
- Bryant Bank Visa Debit Card is compromised
As a Bryant Bank Visa cardholder, you will benefit from:
- Uninterrupted service with participating merchants
- No unnecessary communication for changes in your card
- Less declined authorizations for recurring payments
- Seamless account update process
Bryant Bank maintains our commitment to your personal information security. VAU is a free service offered for all Bryant Bank Visa Debit Card holders. Because not all merchants are enrolled in VAU, we recommend that you notify all recurring payment merchants of your new card information to ensure uninterrupted service.

Lost or Stolen Cards
To report a lost or stolen Debit Card:
Bryant Bank provides a few simple ways to report lost or stolen debit cards. For additional information and for help, please call your nearest Bryant Bank office and a banker will assist you.
To report a lost or stolen debit card during business hours, please call your nearest Bryant Bank branch and a banker will assist you. For after-hours assistance, please call the following number that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: 1-866-546-8273.
You can also report a lost or stolen debit card using Bryant Bank Online. Please log into your online banking account, click Services on the menu bar and then select ATM/Debit Card.
To report a lost or stolen Credit Card:
