Bryant Bank is proud to announce a series of leadership changes in Tuscaloosa, a reflection of the bank’s continued commitment to developing talent from within and helping its bankers grow into new opportunities.
Regina Sharp will transition from her dual role as Tuscaloosa Market Branch Director and Main Branch Manager to focus exclusively on her role as Tuscaloosa Market Branch Director, giving her more time to support, coach, and develop leaders across the market’s branches. Over her 21 years with Bryant Bank, Regina has been instrumental in spreading a culture of care for both her employees and customers, and this new focus will allow her to continue that legacy across the entire Tuscaloosa Market.
Chris Billings will step into the role of Main Office Branch Manager, transferring from the Tuscaloosa Downtown Branch. Billings has been part of the Bryant Bank family since its founding more than 21 years ago and has long been known for her steady leadership and heart for customer service. Many customers will also recognize her as the “voice” of Bryant Bank, as her voice is featured in the bank’s hold messaging, commercials, and other recordings.
Labrisca Blakney will transfer to lead the Tuscaloosa Downtown Branch as Manager. Over her 19 years with Bryant Bank, Blakney has built lasting relationships with bankers and customers alike, earning the trust and respect of everyone she works with. Known as a true servant leader, Labrisca has a warmth that puts everyone at ease, and it’s a known fact that you can’t help but smile when you’re talking to her.
Tracy Williams has been promoted to Branch Manager at the North River Branch. In her 15 years with Bryant Bank, Williams has served in a variety of roles, including Head Teller, Customer Service Specialist, and Assistant Branch Manager, growing every step of the way. Her deep knowledge of bank systems and the genuine relationships she’s built with her customers make her a natural fit to lead the North River team.
