Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password and are using a previously registered browser/device, you can use this form to reset it.

  1. Enter your Login ID and select submit
  2. Choose one of the contact methods on file for Secure Access Code delivery
  3. Enter the Secure Access Code you receive
  4. Enter and verify your new password

If you haven't previously registered your browser, encounter issues, or your account is locked out, please contact us at 1-855-4BRYANT (1-855-427-9268) to reset your password.

Funds Transfers

Online Banking enables you to transfer funds between accounts quickly and easily. Set up one-time or recurring transfers. You can also make external transfers to or from an account at another financial institution. Adding an external account is simple. Just enter the required account details and verify the amounts of the two small deposits you will recieve to validate your account. 



To Transfer Funds:

Click on the Funds Transfer tab under the Transactions menu option. 


1. Select the accounts you wish to transfer funds From and To using the drop-down menus. 

2. Enter the dollar amount and date of your transfer.  

3. For a one-time transfer, click Transfer Funds. 

4. Search transactions and view pending and processed transfers from the right menu. 



Recurring Transfers:

You have the option to create a recurring transfer which will save you from having to remember to manually complete the transfer. Just select the checkbox by "Make this a recurring transaction," and specify the frequency and start and end date of the transfer. 


To Add an External Account:

Click on the Add External Account tab from the Services menu option. 


1. To begin adding an external account, enter the Account Number and the financial institution’s Routing Number in the spaces provided. For reference, these numbers can be located at the bottom of a paper check. Then select the Account Type from the drop-down menu and click Continue

2. Once you recieve the two trial deposits, return to the Add External Account tab under Services

3. Click the link “please click here to enter the amounts and activate your external account.” 

4. To begin verifying the micro deposit amounts of your external account request, click Submit

5. Select the Account you would like to verify. 

6. In the spaces provided, enter the amounts of the micro deposits. Click Submit.  

7. Once the account is activated, it can be found in the to/from dropdowns on the Funds Transfer page. (It will not display on the Home or Account Details screen. If you'd like to view transaction history within Bryant Bank Online for an external account, add it to Bryant Money Manager.)
