Customer Service Specialist - Trussville
There is currently a Customer Service Specialist position open in our Cahaba Village office.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years Teller experience preferred.
- 3-5 years experience as a Bank Customer Service Specialist preferred.
- Thorough understanding of documentation and compliance requirements for opening and servicing bank deposit accounts and other products.
- Experience in working directly with and soliciting business from deposit customers and prospects with the ability and willingness to deliver unbeatable customer service.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills including the ability to use electronic mail systems, internet and Microsoft office products
