Centralized Loan Documentation Specialist Consumer Real Estate Loans

 

There is currently a Centralized Loan Documentation Specialist – Consumer Real Estate Loans position open in the Birmingham / Homewood area.

Please view below for job requirements:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Minimum of 2 years experience in consumer real estate lending

·         Experience preparing early loan disclosures, including those required by RESPA and TILA preferred

·         Experience preparing loan closing packages, including documents required by RESPA and TILA preferred

·         Experience reviewing loan closing documentation (including, but not limited to, title binders, HUD1s, insurance documents, and flood determinations) preferred

·         Experience preparing Adverse Action Notices preferred

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the ability to use electronic mail systems, internet and Microsoft Office products

·         Laser Pro experience a significant plus
